At Flow Soccer, our philosophy is a blend of intensity and enjoyment. Players improve when they love being here, so we create an exciting, engaging training environment. Intensity is key to reaching their highest potential, achieved through clear feedback and positive reinforcement. Our core message: NEVER fear mistakes.

Technical Approach

We integrate diverse training methods from around the world to develop our unique approach. Our drills include:

  • First touch control

  • Training numerical inferiority (1v2s)

  • Directional possession games and rondos

  • Tight space training for technical skills

  • Large space training for fitness

  • Small-sided games

Every drill has a purpose, and players understand the 'why' behind each exercise.

Flow State

The Flow State, also known as “optimal experience” or “being in the zone” is the mental state in which people are involved in an activity so enjoyable that nothing else seems to matter. This is achieved through the “perfect challenge”, so that players do not enter a level of stress with a challenge too high, or boredom with a challenge too low. Soccer is a game that is meant to be enjoyed: a game where creativity is expressed and growth is encouraged; resulting in the combination of joy and development. At Flow Soccer, the mission is to provide an environment where players are able to both enjoy the game and improve. This environment is fostered through creating the “perfect challenge”, working with players to set clear and attainable goals, reducing distractions, remaining “present” and building momentum through consistency.
